Working with editors
Editors don't need more files — they need clearer briefs. Postspace gives you a structured doc you can hand off in one link.
Rename before you share
Click the pencil next to the brief title and give it a name your editor will recognize. Good: "April skincare ad — v2". Bad: "tiktok reference".
Use the share link
Generate a share link from the brief page. Your editor sees the analysis without needing a Postspace account. Revoke it when the project is done.
Export PDF for record
For agency clients, export the brief to PDF and attach it to the project file. It locks the spec so nothing drifts mid-edit.
