Before you write
Most answers are already covered in the documentation and on the pricing page (trials, limits and what each plan includes). Subscribers can also cancel or update payment details themselves from billing settings inside the app.
If you're reporting a problem, include the brand URL you scanned and the page you were on — it gets us to a fix much faster.
