Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns. We never receive your Google password.

Brand data: the website or app URL you scan and the brand profile derived from it (category, audience, goal, pain points), plus the briefs and saved items you create.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and basic device/browser information, used to fix bugs and improve the product.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status — never your full card number.

To run the scan and format-matching engine, generate your briefs, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional and product emails, provide support, and improve accuracy of our recommendations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only service providers that make the product work: our cloud database and authentication host, Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider, and the AI providers that generate brief copy. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where legally required.

Postspace analyses publicly available TikTok posts and their public metrics. We don't collect private TikTok account data, and we never ask for your TikTok password.

We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace, plus privacy-respecting product analytics. Embedded TikTok players may set their own cookies when you choose to play a video; embeds only load after you click.

We keep account and brand data while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for backups and legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and user rows are protected by row-level security.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@postspace.app and we'll action the request, typically within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time; transactional emails about your account continue.

Postspace is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
