Terms of Service

Postspace scans a brand's website or app listing, matches it against TikTok formats we track and score, and generates copy-paste creative briefs. Outputs are informational recommendations. We don't guarantee views, sales, installs, or any specific business result.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspaces may include up to 3 members; additional seats are billed per member per month.

Paid plans are $39/month or $99/year. Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial processed by our payment provider, Stripe; you are not charged until the trial ends. Lifetime access, when offered, is a one-time payment for continued access to the plan features while the service operates.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice ahead of a renewal.

Don't use Postspace to break the law or a third party's terms, to resell or redistribute our format data or briefs as your own product, to scrape or reverse engineer the service, or to overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Postspace links to and embeds publicly available TikTok posts and metrics for research and reference. Those videos remain the property of their creators and are subject to TikTok's own terms. We don't claim ownership of them and we don't control their availability.

You keep ownership of the brand information you enter and of the briefs generated for you, and you may use them commercially. We keep ownership of the platform, our format library, scoring methodology, and software. You grant us permission to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and third-party data sources can change or become unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postspace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for non-payment.
